Prerequisites

Host Platform
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Current supported host platform is x86_64.

OS Distributions
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Xilinx container runtime requires runc installed.

Xilinx container runtime has been tested on the following OS distributions:

1. AL2 (Amazon Linux 2)

2. Ubuntu 18.04 LTS

3. Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

To deploy xilinx container runtime, simply install the proper RPM or DEB package obtained from Xilinx.
To build a develop version of xilinx container runtime, please follow the instruction in ``docs/Install.rst``.
